Snuba

Snorkeling on steroids that requires no prior experience!! Snuba gives you the thrill of swimming deeper than you could snorkeling, without the burden of scuba gear or the need for a certification. After a short briefing on the easy to use Snuba gear, you’ll enter the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Venture beneath the waves as the thousands of tropical fish swim around you. Watch as the experienced guides feed the fish try your hand at feeding them yourself if you want. Guests must be able to swim but do not need any previous snorkeling experience.

Snuba Cayman offers two tours:

Ship Wreck Snuba

Ship Wreck Snuba is our tour on the West side of Grand Cayman. During this tour customers descend to an average depth of 18’ over the 120’ wreck of the Calli, adjacent to a very well developed ‘towering’ reef system. Whilst underwater, customers will swim over the wreck of the Calli stopping at places of interest with their guide. Customers will get the opportunity to hand feed several different types of reef fish. The entire tour is 2 hours long with a 45 minute dive time.

Customers can be picked up by tender on seven mile beach or can be greeted at our facility at Hammerheads.

Ultimate Snuba

Ultimate Stingray City Snuba is a new tour with excellent customer feed back. During this tour Customers will descend to a depth of 12’ and play with the many friendly rays in North Sound. This tour gives passengers a view of the rays that cannot be experienced whilst standing or snorkeling (i.e. whilst on the sandbar). It is perfect for people who have already seen the rays, as well as those visiting the sight for the first time. Whilst on the tour customers will watch a guide feed the rays, and then have the option to feed and pet the rays themselves. They will also be able to hand feed several different types of reef fish. The tour lasts 2 ½ hours. Departures are from the Morgan’s Harbor docking facility in West bay.
