I was very nervous about this activity as I am slightly claustrophobic. After discussing my fears with the staff I decided to 'go for it'. They were SO professional and patient. I felt extremely safe and finally made my way down. It was one of the most spectacular experiences I have ever had.
Our 9 year old daughter also did this and loved it.
You can wear your glasses, keep your hair dry and have the experience of a lifetime.
No excuses - go and do Sea Trek. You won't be disappointed.

My son and I did this excursion Friday, December 14, 2012. We had a great time. I'm a middle-aged woman, not exactly in the best physical condition, and I have to admit, a little apprehensive about this excursion. But put your fears to rest. The crew were great and took care of our safety. I'd hightly recomment the tour...its worth it!

My husband and I did a Sea Trek helmet dive in St. Thomas several years ago and had such a great time, we brought my husbands brother with us last week for another dive, this one in Grand Cayman. It was awesome and my brother-in-law is still talking about the great experience he had walking on the ocean floor and the sea life we saw. My only disappointment was photos taken by Sea Trek staff were no longer available. I will address this issue with Carnival Cruise Lines. But, Sea Trek and their staff were so helpful getting folks down the boat ladder to the ocean floor and continued to check on us throughout the adventure. We cannot recommend the helmet dive high enough. It is tame enough for notive's to the water and adventurous enough for experienced water folks.

The Shipwreck was the best of all our excursions! We had so much fun! We always felt safe and after we got the hang of breathing underwater we totally had a blast!
Can't wait to try it again soon!

My wife has had ear surgeries on one ear and cannot get that ear wet. We both thought this was a great excursion, and she was able to see tropical fish up close for the first time underwater. The Sea Trek folks were great, and they are very careful about safety, and making sure your ears pop as you go down, etc. We highly recommend the Sea Trek tour.

On Nov. 28th my wife, two children age 9 and 15 and I,. age 62, took the Helmet Dive Adventure with Sea Trek on Grand Cayman and what an adventure it was. I don't swim and have been somewhat scared of water at much depth most of my life. I got up the nerve with my family and down we went and I'm so happy I did. This was the adventure of a lifetime. The crew was professional and so helpful. I never felt worried for anything. I was relaxed and the sights were marvelous. This is indeed a wonderland. The staff clearly let us know what to expect and there were NO surprises at all. Lots of fun for this 62 year old and my wife age 34 and children had a ball. I recommend this to everyone. You'll love it!! The Wade's of Longview, Texas
